An investigation is pending to determine the cause of death, a standard procedure for detainees who die while in custody of the Multi-National Force. The detainee had been admitted to the hospital Nov. 23 complaining of chest pains. He was still under medical care at the time of his death. An attending physician pronounced him dead at 9:30 p.m. Nov. 25.
